These are excellent quality pipe chanter reeds are hand made in Fife, Scotland from the finest Spanish cane.
Pipe reeds are very harmonic and produce a bright and balanced tone. Reeds have a bold bottom hand and a crisp top hand. This produces a great balance with any drones. Reed is suitable in most chanters and can be used for solo and band playing. A high-quality reed that optimises the sound of your chanter.
