Royal Mail First Class shipping is £5. Royal Mail aims to delivery First Class post in 1 - 2 days.
Next Day
Next-Day Guaranteed Delivery ( 1 business day ) via DHL courier service is £8. Orders made before 3:30 pm will be booked in for delivery the following day if items are all in stock. Orders dispatched on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Tracking information is sent automatically to you when the item is shipped. All deliveries are fully insured for any losses or damages. Some locations may not be eligible for next day delivery - we will get in touch if this is the case.
Delivery via DHL  is $ 20 *. All packages are completely covered against loss or damages. Tracking information is sent automatically to you when the item is shipped.
* Please note that this service may incur an extra cost because of delivery surcharges to certain countries. We will notify customers via email if this is the case.
Delivery outside of the EU Import duties, and taxes custom charges and import duties may apply to deliveries to countries outside of the EU. If they apply they will need to be paid before the parcel will be released for delivery. Please note that you will need to meet any additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. As customs policies vary from country to country, please contact your local Tax or Customs office for further details


Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of shipment. If your item is not returned within 14 days of dispatch we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Made to order items includes all our bagpipe range and will be refunded or exchanged only if defective or not conforming to details on your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. If this has expired, refunds may be made by bank transfer or cheque. Refunds will be as originally charged in GBP (other currencies optionally displayed whilst shopping are approximate and advisory only and subsequent changes in the exchange rate will not be taken into account).
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. To return your product, you should mail your product to Kilberry Bagpipes, 27 St. Mary's Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1TA, Scotland, United Kingdom. We will refund all shipping costs if the goods are deemed faulty. For all other returns, you will be responsible for paying all costs for returning your item.
