Shipping policy

Royal Mail shipping is £6.50. Royal Mail aims to deliver First Class post in 1 - 2 days. 

Next-Day Guaranteed Delivery ( 1 business day ) via DHL courier service is £12* **. The next-day guarantee delivery is only once the products have been checked in and picked up. Orders dispatched on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Tracking information is sent automatically to you when the item is shipped. All deliveries are fully insured for any losses or damages. Some locations may not be eligible for next-day delivery - we will get in touch if this is the case.

* Bagpipe cases are £15 due to size and Bagpipe orders are £25 due to size, weight and insurance.

Delivery via DHL will be a set price for delivery in your area*. All packages are completely covered against loss or damages. Tracking information is sent automatically to you when the item is shipped.
