A standard length handmade African Blackwood practice chanter with a nickel or brass ferrule with an imitation ivory sole from Kilberry Bagpipes.

This chanter is fitted with a choice of a nickel or brass ferrule and an imitation ivory sole. We offer a choice of a plain or engraved ferrule in both brass and nickel, as well as aged imitation ivory or white imitation ivory sole! This allows you to have complete customisation over the look of your practice chanter! 

These stunning practice chanters are made using the same machines and from the same wood that is used to make our bagpipes, smallpipes and chamber pipes. 

They produce a top-quality balanced tone!
